The Society for Risk Analysis (SRA) is a multidisciplinary, scholarly international society that provides an open forum for all those who are interested in risk analysis. Risk analysis is broadly defined to include risk assessment, risk characterisation, risk perception and communication, risk management, and risk policy. Our interests include risks of concern to individuals, to publicand private-sector organisations, and to society at a local, national or global level. SRA-Europe is a regional organisation of the Society for Risk Analysis.

The 19th SRA-Europe Annual Meeting 21-23 June 2010 will be hosted by King's College, London. The special theme of this conference will be 'Risk, Governance & Accountability'. This theme reflects the increasing centrality of risk analysis to decision-making in a wide range of policy and organisational contexts and the increasing demands by the public for decision-makers to account for outcomes.

The 2010 SRA-Europe conference aims to facilitate interaction among all actors in the field of risk: academics from across the disciplines, policy makers, the private sector, NGOs and other interest groups.

The conference language is English.
