Trondheim is a thriving city and centre of knowledge with a highly respected university and a research community ranking among the best in Europe.
Founded by the Viking King Olav Tryggvason in 997, Trondheim holds a special place in Norwegian history and culture. Today this heritage, combined with our high academic traditions, makes Trondheim an ideal city for work, investment, research, industry and commerce.
The Conference City
Also Trondheim is an official Norwegian Convention city, and is host to a large number of national and international conferences affiliated with the large technology sector we have in the city.
Atmosphere
As a guest you will be welcomed with warm hospitality. The city can offer an abundance of experiences, among others; city tours, sightseeing, boat tours on the fjord, fishing, summer ski jumping at Granåsen, midnight golf during June and July.
Venue
The conference will be arranged at Gløshaugen campus at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, NTNU.
